https://youtu.be/MUuW7WI7NR8 The third of five special All-Levels classes where we take a deeper dive into the Yamas, the first limb of yoga. This class focuses on Asteya: non-stealing. How can we cultivate more abundance in our lives? May you discover the abundance of energy, joy, creativity, and connection in your life. May we also learn to give credit and honour where it is due: to Black and Indigenous people, queer folks, and other people of color. In this class, I offer a Mudita meditation, shared from Jacoby Ballard's book, A Queer Dharma.
