Restorative Flow 7, Zoom Recording | OD

Explore the use of a yoga block, creative twists, & Metta meditation!

Service Description We begin this class with brief bilateral stimulation (tapping), and inquiring of our energy levels and feeling into the breath. Later, we use a yoga block (or short strap, or any other object you can hold between your hands) and practice "putting it on"; exploring spinal movements and grounding. Class ends with time for observing connection, offering Metta (loving-kindness) to all beings everywhere.

Can't make it after all? Group Classes - please cancel 30 minutes before a session begins. 1-on-1 Sessions - please cancel 24 hours before a scheduled session.
