Alternate nostril breathing, + exploring gate, childs, & pyramid pose

Service Description Class begins with nadi shodhana pranayama (alternate nostril breathing). We then call attention to the lower part of the body with Parighasana (gate pose), Prasarita Balasana (wide-legged child's pose), and Parsvottonasana (pyramid pose). Class ends with a grounding exercise of noticing and noting thoughts and feelings as they arise.
