Service Description
https://youtu.be/RF9i6ofxJVc Class begins with nadi shodhana pranayama (alternate nostril breathing). We then call attention to the lower part of the body with Parighasana (gate pose), Prasarita Balasana (wide-legged child's pose), and Parsvottonasana (pyramid pose). Class ends with a grounding exercise of noticing and noting thoughts and feelings as they arise.
