This short class focuses on "the other" (non-physical) limbs of Yoga: Yama (ethics), Niyama (self-discipline), Pranayama (breath work), Pratyahara (withdrawal, or observance), Dharana (concentration), and Dhyana (meditation, or contemplation). While this class will include some movement, you might think of it more as preparation for your day or week. The aim is to find ways to fill our own cup, so we can give from our abundance, not our deficit - bringing us closer to the true work of Yoga: collective liberation, justice, and equity.
